Diana Greenwood is President and Certified Executive Coach of Aspire Executive Coaching, LLC. At Aspire, she guides leaders to develop behaviors for their next higher role and assists with succession planning and development needs of potential candidates. With over 20 years of experience in coaching C-Suite Executives to Frontline Managers, guiding individuals through career transitions, facilitating professional development, assisting in hiring and selection, and leading impactful team-building activities and effective workshops, she helps leaders to confront behaviors that may be preventing them from working at their highest potential.

Before Aspire, Diana worked for ExxonMobil Chemical where she led teams in roles where she oversaw vendor performance and global systems implementation. Diana holds the honor as a Penn State Certified Coach, a Birkman Certified Professional, and as a Marshall Goldsmith SCC Certified Coach.
